The Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Registered Manager and care teams to ensure clients receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

You’ll support and mentor care staff in the community while building positive relationships with clients and their families.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting care planning and assessments
  • Supervising and mentoring care staff
  • Conducting spot checks and competency observations
  • Ensuring best practice and compliance standards are maintained
  • Supporting medication management
  • Assisting with scheduling and office duties
  • Participating in the on-call rota
  • Carrying out client welfare visits to ensure satisfaction with care provided

What We’re Looking For

✔ NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or relevant experience)
✔ Previous experience within domiciliary/home care
✔ Strong communication and organisational skills
✔ Confident using computers and digital systems
✔ Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
