Location: St Asaph, Wrexham and Chester with travel across North West England & Wales At Beluga, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Training Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about developing care professionals and delivering high-quality training that supports outstanding care in the community. Based at our St Asaph office, the role will involve regular travel to our offices across North West England and Wales. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience delivering the Wales Manual Handling Passport Scheme training. About the RoleAs Training Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our care staff receive engaging, compliant, and effective training that meets current CIW requirements and supports excellent standards of care. You will deliver both practical and theory-based training to new and existing care staff, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to provide exceptional support to people in their own homes.
