What We Offer
The RoleAs a Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker, you will play a leading role in creating a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and wider team to deliver high-quality care, support the development of junior staff, and help young people achieve positive outcomes. This role requires a confident, compassionate, and resilient individual who can lead shifts, build positive relationships, and provide consistent support to children and young people. What We’re Looking For
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential. Shift Pattern & On-Call
Flexibility around working during holiday periods, including Christmas and Easter, is expected as part of the role.
