As we embark on an exciting journey of expansion into Childrens residential homes, we are looking for an experienced residential support workers and seniors to join our team based in Morecambe currently 1 young person living in the home. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly motivated and dynamic team who are passionate about providing exceptional care to children and young people in our homes. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe, nurturing and empowering environment for their positive development.

what you will need to be considered for this role 

• Previous experience in a similar residential care role
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts as per the shift pattern.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding approach.
• Strong record-keeping and organizational abilities
• Dedication to promoting the welfare and development of children and young people.
